ABOUT #RAH2050

Think about your harbour and how you interact with, affect and speak about it...

Why Re-imagine?
To create a common vision informed by science, community and industry.

Why Harbours?
Halifax Harbour like all industrialized ports is historically dense and rich. Here our Blue Commons, the center of our city is showcased from an ecological perspective.

Why 2050?

In 35 years, the next generation is going to experience the Harbour differently

What We Do
We aim to promote widespread environmental messaging and communications in scientific literacy relating to integrated water management and ensure baseline public education of watershed health and oceans management.

Our Efforts
Through a music contest with a Halifax-based music icon (Joel Plaskett) we will reach new audiences and inform the broader public about your harbour and how we can protect our oceans and / or Harbour.
